On the upper left hand side there are two flags. When you click on one of them, you will switch to the corresponding language.
If you have not logged in, you can do so using the fields below the flags. Type in your user name and yout password and press the button login. If you don't have an access key or lost it, choose contact from the menu.
The menu is the left part of the browser window. When you click on a menu item, the associated page will be opened and a submenu will be displayed if there is one. The menu item of the current page is in gray.
The menu item help is context sensitiv, that is you'll get different texts on different pages.
